Terms & Conditions for Listing on Boichitro

Welcome to Boichitro, Bangladesh’s first indigenous e-commerce marketplace. By registering and listing products on Boichitro, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Seller Registration & Account

1.1. Sellers must provide accurate business and personal details during registration.

1.2. Boichitro reserves the right to verify and approve all seller accounts before listing products.

1.3. Sellers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and complying with Boichitro’s policies.

2. Product Listing & Compliance

2.1. Only handmade, indigenous, organic, or eco-friendly products can be listed on Boichitro.

2.2. Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.

2.3. Prohibited products (counterfeit, illegal, harmful, or restricted items) are not allowed.

2.4. Boichitro reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies without prior notice.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

3.1. Sellers must ensure timely order processing and shipment within the agreed timeframe.

3.2. Packaging should meet Boichitro’s quality standards to avoid damage during transit.

3.3. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller must notify Boichitro immediately to avoid penalties.

4. Payments & Commissions

4.1. Boichitro charges a commission fee on each sale (rate provided upon registration).

4.2. Payments will be transferred to sellers after successful order delivery and customer confirmation.

4.3. Sellers must provide valid bank details for seamless transactions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

5.1. Sellers must comply with Boichitro’s return and refund policy.

5.2. If a customer requests a refund due to product defects or misrepresentation, the seller must cooperate.

5.3. Disputes between buyers and sellers will be resolved in accordance with Boichitro’s dispute resolution policy.

6. Marketing & Promotion

6.1. Boichitro may use product images for marketing and promotional purposes.

6.2. Sellers may participate in promotional campaigns and sales events upon approval.

7. Seller Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

7.1. Sellers must adhere to ethical business practices and fair pricing.

7.2. Any form of fraud, misleading information, or customer exploitation will result in account suspension.

7.3. Sellers must maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure buyer satisfaction.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. Sellers must own or have the right to sell the products listed on Boichitro.

8.2. Any intellectual property violations will lead to immediate removal of listings and potential legal actions.

9. Termination & Suspension

9.1. Boichitro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for policy violations.

9.2. Sellers may request account deactivation if they choose to discontinue selling on Boichitro.

By listing your products on Boichitro, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Boichitro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
