Your order will be delivered through the fastest available courier.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the location and product type:

Dhaka City: 2-8 working days
Chittagong City: 2–8 working days
Other Districts: 3–10 working days
Note: Delivery may take longer during strikes, political issues, natural calamities, or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on product weight & delivery location. Charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Inside Dhaka: Standard courier rate
  • Outside Dhaka: Based on courier service & weight
  • Bulk/Wholesale orders: Custom delivery rate (shared upon request)
Note: "The shipping charge rate will be shown in the shipping chart at the time of adding items to the cart."

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available in selected areas.
  • COD charges may apply depending on courier.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order through the courier's tracking page.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If delivery fails both times, the order may be returned to us.

Pre-Order Products

  • Some handcrafted or fresh items may require extra time.
  • Estimated time will be mentioned on the product page.

Bulk & Wholesale Deliveries

For wholesale orders (turmeric, ginger, cashew, rice, handicrafts):

  • Delivery is scheduled as per buyer's requirement
  • Special transport arrangements may be applied

Damaged or Wrong Delivery

If you receive a damaged, leaked, expired, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos
  • Free replacement or refund will be provided

  • Handicrafts: bubble-wrapped and box-protected
