Return & Refund Policy

At Boichitro, we ensure safe, fresh, and authentic products from CHT indigenous farmers. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received damaged, spoiled, expired, or wrong products
  • Your item is missing from the order
  • The product does not match the description or photo
  • Packaging is tampered at the time of delivery
⛔ Note: Fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Window

  • Fresh Produce: Within 24 hours of delivery
  • Processed Goods: Within 1 day of delivery
  • Fashion & Household Items: Within 1 day of delivery

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition.

Proof Required

To process your return faster, send:

  • A clear photo/video of the product
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Order ID & phone number

Refund Methods

Once approved, refunds are issued through:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
  • Bank transfer

Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-15 working days depending on the payment provider.

Replacement Option

If stock is available, customers can choose:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund
Priority: For fresh produce, replacement is priority.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted/clearance products
  • Products used or washed
  • Items damaged after delivery

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing:

  • Report within 24 hours
  • We will deliver the correct item free of cost

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed — but return is possible based on policy.

For Sellers (Marketplace Policy)

If a returned product is approved:

  • Seller must accept the return
  • Refund will be deducted from seller payout
  • Repeated quality issues may lead to seller suspension
